Category Manager Wing/Foil

You will be responsible for the GUNSAILS HY-Series. From purchasing decisions to input for R&D over marketing and sales, you will take responsibility for our new wing, board and foil category.

Responsibilities:
- Acquisition & support of B2B customers and further development of our sales structure
- Coordination with producers and implementation of purchasing process
- Preparation of the marketing plan and annual budgets
- Continuous market & competition analysis
- Conception & execution of marketing activities in the offline and online area
- Further development and activation of the athlete and opinion leader team
- Organization of product training, trade fairs and events

Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies (university/technical college) or commercial training'
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant environment
- Ideally a water sports enthusiast with very good market & product expertise
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, inventory management systems, digital project management tools
- Basic experience with content management systems and social media
- Very good written / spoken English, German skills would be a big advantage, French a plus
- Independent, structured and result-oriented approach
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure in peak phases
- Team player with enthusiasm, communication skills and customer orientation
