The HY-FOIL FREE 1050 is built in our aluminium/carbon hybrid construction leading to the perfect compromise between stability, lightness and price. The high modulus carbon frontwing with downward facing wingtips provide
additional stability while ensuring more safety for the rider. A 95 cm long fuselage, built from Aerospace grade aluminium is the sweet spot between stability and agility. Precisely synchronized modular mounting slots within the fuselage are securing the front- and back wing in the perfect angle of attack. The carbon backwing, with its subtle wingtips, stabilizes the flight and regulates the lift in higher speeds.

SEALED MODULAR ALUMINIUM MAST

Sealed aerospace grade Alu Mast to avoid water intake and durable stainliess steel helicoil inserts. Easy mountability to different modular connectors.

CARBON BACK WING

carbon backwing with subtle wingtips for increased stability and high speeds. finetuned angle of attack to control the front wing.

SYNCHRONISED CONNECTION

Synchronised connection surface between full carbon wing and fuselage. Finetuned for the optimal angle of attack and the base of the foils modularity.

LONG ASPECT RATIO FRONTWING

Long aspect ratio frontwing for high speeds with additional control. Unique wing efficiency thanks to years of simulation know-how.

PADDED ALU-PLATE CONNECTOR

Integral deep tuttle box connector for bullet proof connection. Additional padding of the connection surface to incrase the connection surface of board and foil and to protect the finbox from breakage.

SAFETY FIRST

Increased safety due to downward facing wingtips. Safer for crashes but creating additional stability.
